Privacy Policy
ListMeBrand is operated by WhisprGeo Labs. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

The short version
A brand listing is public — that is the product. Everything else we hold about you is private to your account: your sign-in details, your payment receipts and your referral earnings. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and we do not track you across other sites.
What you publish
When you list a brand, the details you enter become a public page and a pin on a public map. Anyone can read them, and search engines can index them. That includes:
- Brand name, category, description and website
- The location you pin, including its coordinates and the city and country they resolve to
- Your founder name, role, note and photo, if you add one
- Your logo and any social or support links you add
You control parts of this from your dashboard. Visibility settings let you take your pin off the map, hide your founder note, or stop other sites embedding your card. Removing your listing deletes the document and its uploaded images.
What we hold privately
- Your account. The email address, display name and profile photo your sign-in provider gives us, plus a contact email if you set a different one.
- Payment records. The payment and order identifiers, the amount and the currency for each purchase. These are kept as your receipt and for our own accounting.
- Referral earnings. Which listings joined through your link, what each one earned you, and your balance.
- Payout details. Where you have asked your earnings to be sent, when you have told us.
These are readable only by you. That is enforced by database rules scoped to your account identifier, not only by what our interface chooses to show.
Card details
We never see them. Payments are taken on our payment provider’s own checkout, which collects card, UPI, netbanking and wallet details directly and shows you who they are before you enter anything. Nothing sensitive passes through our servers or our browser code, and we could not store a card number if we wanted to.
What we count
Each brand page carries two counters: profile views and shares. A view is counted once per browser and never for the listing’s own owner. A share is counted when someone presses a share button or copies the link. Neither records who you are, where you came from, or anything else about you.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we set no cookies of our own.
What your browser stores
Two things, both in your own browser’s local storage, neither sent anywhere except as described:
- A referral tag, if you arrived through someone’s share link, so their commission can be credited if you go on to list a brand. It expires after 90 days and is cleared once a listing is paid for.
- A marker per brand page you have opened, so refreshing does not count another view.
Clearing your browser data removes both. Nothing breaks if you do.
Who else processes your data
Running ListMeBrand takes a small number of established third-party providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and none of them may use your data for their own purposes.
- Cloud infrastructure. Hosting, sign-in and file storage. Your account details, your listing and your uploaded images are held here.
- Payment provider. Taking payments and sending payouts. They handle card, UPI and bank details directly and we never receive them. Our provider is named on the checkout screen, before you enter anything.
- Email delivery. Sending the verification code when you create an account, and any notifications you have switched on. They receive your address and the message, nothing else.
- Mapping and location services. Serving the map and searching for a place while you list. Loading a map sends your IP address to the tile provider, as loading any image from any server does.
We will tell you exactly which providers we currently use if you ask. Write to info@listmebrand.com and we will send you the list.
How long we keep it
Your listing stays until you remove it. Removing it deletes the listing and its images immediately. Payment records and the referral ledger are kept after that — they are records of money that actually moved, and we need them for accounting and for anything you are still owed.
Your rights
You can see and change most of what we hold from your dashboard, and delete your listing yourself. For anything else — a copy of your data, correction of something you cannot edit, or deletion of your account — write to us and we will act on it.
