Terms of Service

A public profile page for your brand, a pin on our global map, and the tools around them — a founder note, a shareable card, an embed, and a dashboard to edit it all. Listing is a one-time payment of ₹99 or $1 depending on where you are billed. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

You need an account to list a brand, and you are responsible for what happens under it. One person may list any number of brands. We may suspend or remove an account that is used to break these terms.

A brand you own or are authorised to represent. By listing it you confirm you have the right to use the name, logo and images you upload, and you give us permission to display them on ListMeBrand and in the share cards and embeds the product generates.

You may not list:

• A brand you do not own or represent, including impersonating a company that already exists
• Anything unlawful where you operate, or content that infringes someone else's rights
• A pin in a location the brand has no connection to
• Content that is abusive, deceptive, or exists only to carry a link elsewhere

We may remove a listing that breaks these rules. We will tell you why when we do.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, named on the checkout screen before you enter anything. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay and include any taxes we are required to charge.

Featured placement is a separate, time-limited purchase. It runs for the number of days shown at the time of purchase and then ends; it does not renew.

A listing is delivered the moment payment clears — your page is live and your pin is on the map immediately. Because of that, listing fees are not refundable once the listing has been published, and Featured placement is not refundable once it has started.

There is one exception, and it is the one that matters: if your payment is taken and your listing is not created, that is our failure and we will either publish the listing or refund you in full. If that happens the app shows you a payment reference — send it to us and we will resolve it.

You may remove your listing at any time from your dashboard. Removing it does not entitle you to a refund of the one-time fee already paid.

Every listing gets a share link. When another brand lists through your link, 30% of what they pay is credited to your wallet. Commission is credited only after their payment has cleared, and is calculated in your own billing currency rather than theirs.

• You can withdraw once your balance reaches ₹500 or $10, depending on the currency you are paid in.
• Referring yourself earns nothing. A payment made by the same account that owns the referring listing is not credited.
• Commission on a payment that is later refunded or reversed may be deducted from your balance.
• We may withhold earnings from an account we reasonably believe is generating referrals dishonestly.

Removing a listing stops its share link earning. Your balance stays with your account.

You keep every right you have in your brand name, logo, images and words. The permission you give us is limited to running the service: displaying your listing, generating its card and embed, and showing it in search and on the map.

We aim to keep ListMeBrand running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you have paid for and not yet received, we will refund the unused part.

ListMeBrand is a directory. We do not verify the brands listed on it beyond removing what breaks these terms when we learn of it, and we are not a party to anything that happens between you and another brand or visitor. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us.
